Review of Zig Systems Programming book

This is a review of Systems Programming with Zig book:

I had purchased another book to use to learn Zig and work through exercises. It’s starts out with syntax features generally accepted before zig 0.16. When I saw and purchased this book, I was pleasantly surprised to find early on explanations about older syntax and how 0.16 does it. I am still working thru this book, but I’m happy with it so far. Once in a while one finds an author who’s writing and teaching style works well with their learning style. So far, this book material and author are winning!!!
